RUGGEDIZED
Power and Data You Can Rely On. Anywhere. Anytime.
TOUGH
Built for Mission Success
Your network shouldn’t be the weak link in your operation. The Ruggedized PoE for Starlink delivers power and data with uncompromising durability—engineered to withstand shock, vibration, extreme temperatures, and corrosion. Designed for military and defense applications, it ensures your Starlink receiver remains operational in the toughest environments.
The DC-AC Challenge with Standard
Starlink Power
By default, Starlink’s Standard and High-Performance models are designed to run on AC power, making them incompatible with DC power sources commonly found in military and off-grid applications. Without a dedicated DC-to-DC power solution, operators must rely on additional, inefficient power conversion methods, leading to increased power loss, equipment bulk, and potential points of failure.
TILT’s DC-to-DC Power Solution
TILT Autonomy’s Ruggedized PoE for Starlink PoE for Starlink solves this by providing a direct DC power solution, optimized for military vehicles, UAVs, and expeditionary use.

FAQs
Do I need the PoE for Starlink Mini?
No. However,The Starlink Mini has DC-to-DC power out of the box so there is no need for a power conversion. However, the Starlink Mini does not provide native telemetry over DroneCAN that you might need for vehicle integration or control.
How can I mount the Starlink PoE onto my vehicle?
Our Starlink PoE device offers flexibility in mounting options:
- The device includes four M3 0.5mm mounting points that allow you to create your own mounting bracket to secure it to your vehicle.
- For a more integrated solution, we offer the option to design a custom enclosure or bracket tailored to your specific vehicle requirements. Schedule a call with us to discuss your needs for a seamless integration.

Two Variations:
Starlink PoE: DC to DC power
The PoE Standard version is an ideal choice for applications requiring reliable power conversion without active control.
- Supports diverse power sources: Wide Input Voltage (12-36VDC)
- High Current Capacity (23A max) – Delivers robust power for demanding devices.
- High Power Output (200Watts): Delivers ample power for demanding applications.
- LAN Connectivity – Supports 10/100 Mbps and 1GbE Ethernet.
DC to DC power + CAN + Smart Fusing
Smart Fusing incorporates an embedded microcontroller, providing advanced power management and safety features. This version utilizes CAN-based communication to enable remote on/off control of the DC-DC regulator while also reporting real-time voltage, current, and temperature telemetry for enhanced system monitoring.
- All Basic PoE Features, plus:
- Smart Power Management – The embedded STM32 microcontroller continuously monitors voltage, current, and temperature, ensuring safe and efficient operation. The CAN bus allows for remote on/off control of the DC-DC regulator, providing seamless integration with external systems.
- Advanced Safety Mechanisms – The microcontroller actively monitors and responds to critical conditions with smart fusing and automated shutdown in the event of: Overvoltage & Undervoltage conditions Overtemperature protection Overcurrent shutdown
- Real-Time Telemetry – Monitors voltage, current, and temperature over CAN for enhanced system diagnostics.
